Originally from Appleton, Wisconsin, Dr. Amanda Howell graduated from The University of Wisconsin - Madison with a degree in Zoology. She then went on to complete optometry school in Memphis, Tennessee, at The Southern College of Optometry, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
She completed her externships at Olive Branch Eyecare in Olive Branch, MS, and Eyecare East in Germantown, TN. With experience in both the private and medical practice industries, she's experienced in many facets of eye care from medical to routine examinations, including contact lenses, glaucoma and diabetic management, post-operative care, and comprehensive eye exams.
Outside of work, Dr. Howell enjoys spending time with her husband and son and their dog, Buck, reading, running, and traveling with her friends.
